Resourcer - Year 1


Learning the business, industry and technical knowledge.
Assessing and matching candidates to roles according to their skill sets.
Negotiating with candidates.
Shadowing senior consultants on client meetings.

 

 

Consultant - Year 2

 

As an independent business unit you will hold responsibility for running your own desk and generating new business via cold calls to prospective clients.
Client visits
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
Responding to ITQ's, bid work
