The Company:

Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a personalised gift company who are seeking an administrator to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where you will work with some of the most experienced managers in the business and benefit from extensive support, training, and progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an admin orientated individual or someone from an administration background. Alternatively, a college leaver/ driven graduate, would be suitable for this role.

As an administrator, you would be working in a busy office environment, providing admin support to your colleagues

The role:

  • Inputting data, including all addresses on to the internal system
  • Working on excel to input and manipulate data
  • Managing relationships with existing clients
  • Maintain GDPR regulations when record keeping
  • Manage relationships with third party storage and shipping warehouses
  • Liaise between teams to successfully deliver client projects to the end user

The person:

  • This would be a great opportunity for an Administrator or someone with experience in an admin-based role, alternatively a graduate or college leaver looking to start their career
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of formulas
  • Ability to develop your product and market knowledge to a level that is appropriate to your role.
  • Be able to undertake any additional reasonable duties as requested from time to time.
