Commercial Account Handler

Our client is a powerhouse in the industry, offering expert advice across various sectors from construction to food. They're all about delivering top-notch customer service and securing the best deals for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for servicing an existing book of Business through renewals and Mid-Term Adjustments.
- You will be supporting Account Executives through the New Business journey - at points assisting them in Client meetings.
- In advance of new business visits obtain quotations for possible up sales
- You will prepare detailed Renewal Review reports on behalf of the book or AE and obtain current claims experience where needed
- You will deal with incoming enquiries from clients and other third parties in a professional and timely manner involving the relevant AE/Director if necessary due to technical nature or relationship issue.
- You will liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of client's insurance needs.
- You will provide high level administration and customer support to another colleague on occasions, as directed by the Commercial Administration Team leader

Person Specification:
- 3+ years of commercial insurance experience (broking or underwriting)
- Experience with Acturis preferred
- Cross Commercial exposure across SME and mid-market business
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
