THE OPPORTUNITY

We're working with a leading professional services business located in London who is expanding their operation due to the continued success of the business, as a result they're seeking a CRM Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team.

As the CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for creating campaign strategies with a pure focus on delivering high-quality leads by taking a multi-channel approach, including; Email Marketing, Paid Social Media, Organic Social Media and PPC/SEO. You'll need both strategy and delivery experience; this is vital to your success.

The business already has a very active lead strategy that is producing good results, so you'll already have a strong basis to build upon and a healthy marketing budget to achieve the results.

In addition, as the marketing plan continues to evolve and key objectives are achieved, the opportunity will be available to build the marketing team to add key support and expertise.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who has strong experience around lead generation, either from a B2C or B2B environment, who is also career driven and ambitious.

THE CRM MANAGER ROLE:

  • The successful candidate will join the business as the CRM Manager who will report directly to the Marketing Director
  • Building an effective marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director with a focus of generating a consistent volume of leads for the sales team to follow up
  • Responsible for managing an annual budget and ensuring that good ROI is achieved through the continued analysis of campaigns
  • Hands-on execution of the marketing plan initially focusing on developing effective email marketing campaigns utilising the already significant internal database / externally acquired databases and Paid social media / Organic Social Media campaigns. Your secondary objective will be to introducing an effective PPC / SEO campaign to ramp up the lead follow through these channels
  • Working closely with the centralised marketing support professional who has good experience around content creation, SEO, development and design.
  • Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to identify and respond to trends
  • Analysing each campaign to assess conversion and ROI to consistently improve this with future campaigns

THE PERSON:

  • The successful candidate is likely to come from a role such as; Demand Generation Marketing Executive, Marketing Campaign Executive, Lead Generation Marketing Executive, CRM Manager, Paid Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • You'll need to be able to demonstrate experience of generating strong and consistent lead volumes either in a B2B or B2C environment. Lead generation using Email Marketing and Paid & Organic social media is essential
  • Must have managed budgets significant marketing budgets targeted specifically towards lead generation campaigns
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of both strategy development and hands-on execution of the marketing plan
  • Good analytical skills to able to review campaign results and improve future campaigns
  • Experience / knowledge of PPC / SEO would be a significant advantage but is not essential
