THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a successful and growing Family team within a dynamic and professional firm.
As a Family Solicitor you will be providing comprehensive advice to clients and guiding their cases to completion. The role will involve working on a mixed family caseload of both private and legal aid funded work.
THE FAMILY SOLICITOR ROLE:
- Provide all clients with comprehensive advice
- Provide clients with responses to queries promptly
- Progress cases to completion in a prompt and professional manner
- Draft and proof read all necessary documentation to progress cases
- Ensuring all files are kept accurately and securely
- Prioritising a varied caseload to provide excellent service to all clients
- Build professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Work alongside Partners to ensure the smooth running of the department and firm
THE PERSON:
- Must have experience within a similar Family Solicitor role covering Legal Aid cases
- An extensive knowledge of Family case law
- Confident to manage a caseload to completion whilst working to deadlines
