THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with an established Solicitors based in Leicester. The Law firm have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and are to continuing to grow by hiring 3 x Legal Cashiers into their Legal Cashier Team.
The Legal Cashier is to report into the Finance Manager and work alongside the Conveyancing team
LEGAL CASHIER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing and authorising online bank transfers
- Invoice payments
- Processing Payments
- Billing - working closely with the fee earners and processing bills
- Assist with month end close
- Assistant with year end accounts
- Ad hoc accounts tasks
- Answering any accounts queries internally and externally
- Support the conveyancing team
LEGAL CASHIER KEY EXPERIENCE
- 2 years' experience in a similar finance role
- Understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR's) beneficial
- Studying towards AAT or ACCA or CIMA
FOR THIS THE LEGAL CASHIER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £27,000 BASE + BENEFITS
