As a result, they're now seeking an experience Sales Manager to join the business to lead & coach a team of travel professionals, enhance customer experience and increase sales results. This is a newly created role that you'll be able to make your own and this presents the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to grow.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Sales Manager or Customer Service Manager and whilst it would be ideal if the candidate comes from a Luxury Travel background, our client will consider an individual who has the leadership skills who is well travelled and has a true passion for travel.

THE SALES MANAGER - LUXURY TRAVEL ROLE
- Oversee and manage the sales team's bookings from initial enquiry to return home ensuring excellent service standards throughout.
- Recruiting, training, coaching the team, monitoring performance and setting targets
- Manage guest feedback and encourage further bookings and loyalty
- Liaising with the management Team and Head of Sales to improve the sales and service for our guests and actioning with your team.
- Troubleshooting any guest issues pre, during and post departure, including dealing with complaints.
- Make Suggestions as required into planning of accommodation and other product areas, to include selection and pricing thereof.
- To communicate with partners to ensure that preferred suppliers are utilised by the sales team & maximising margins.
- Communicating with marketing & retentions teams to ensure that the sales team is working efficiently with these departments.
THE PERSON
- Must have experience in a Sales Manager / Sales Team Manager position or similar
- Experience within the Luxury Travel industry is highly desired, candidates who are well travelled with a true passion for travel will be considered.
- A track record of driving a team to be successful at delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring sales objectives are achieved
