The Information We Collect and How We Use It

Get Recruited may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details, e-mail address and other relevant information from your CV. On occasion this may also include sensitive personal information such as details of criminal convictions and ethnic origin. This information is used and disclosed in the following ways:

  2. To maintain our business relationship, whether you are a user of our website, a client or a candidate;

  3. To enable you to submit your CV for general applications, to apply for specific jobs or to subscribe to our job alerts.

  4. To enable Get Recruited to find a position that is most suitable for you and to send your personal information to clients in order to apply for job opportunities;

  5. To answer your questions and enquiries;

  6. To directly market products and services, advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions, reports and other information. You will be able to unsubscribe from such communications;

  7. To fulfil contractual obligations to our clients

Where you are registered as a candidate on our database in the UK, your personal information may be accessible by or transferred or duplicated to other Get Recruited businesses within the group to enable them to provide you with services and for the purposes of business development, systems development and testing. We will notify you in the event we wish to transfer your data in order to explore job opportunities for you outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and we will give you the opportunity to withhold your consent to such transfer. Get Recruited applies equal rigour to the security of data held and processed across the Get Recruited Group of companies. All suppliers and partners with access to data provided and held in the UK, enters into a specific data protection agreement with Get Recruited thereby undertaking to meet the same standards of data security and to act in accordance with the eight data protection principles applicable under the strict European data protection laws.

By the Get Recruited group of companies to enable the development and marketing of other products and services and to improve our customer service and to make our services more valuable to you, including tailoring our website and our group companies’ websites when you log on to make it relevant to you personally.

To trusted third parties where we have retained them to provide services that you or our clients have requested, such as reference, qualification and criminal reference checking services (as required), verification of the details you have provided from third party sources, psychometric evaluations or skills tests. These third parties comply with the same stringent undertakings of privacy and confidentiality as Get Recruited;

To third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as professional advisors, IT consultants carrying out testing and development work on our business technology systems, research and mailing houses and function co-ordinators. These third parties comply with similar undertakings of privacy and confidentiality as Get Recruited;

  12. We may also pass your personal information to, or allow access to such information by, Get Recruited group of companies to enable them to use your personal data for the purposes set out above, depending on which job you are seeking or the location where you are seeking a job.

  13. If Get Recruited or its business merges with or is acquired by another business or company, we may share personal information with the new owners of the business or company and their advisors and if this happens, you will be sent notice of such event;

  14. We may also release personal information to regulatory or law enforcement agencies, if they require us to do so. We will also disclose your information where we are permitted and requested to do so by law; and

  15. We may also seek your consent to collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for any other purpose not listed above.

  16. We may also use a call & sms recording service to record phone calls & communications. When a call is recorded we collect a digital recording of the telephone conversation and the telephone number of both parties (Internal & External). Personal data revealed in such communications will be recorded, however, recording will be paused when Credit or Debit card details are given, inline with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and the data protection legislation including General Data Protection regulations.(GDPR). Call recordings will be used to; assist in the quality monitoring of staff performance, investigate and resolve complaints, for the detection, investigation and prevention of crime (including fraud), take actions to protect staff from abusive callers, assist in any legal matters. We may be required or permitted, under the Data Protection Legislation, to disclose call & sms recordings including your personal data without your explicit consent, for example if we have a legal obligation to do so, such as for; Law Enforcement, Fraud Investigations, Criminal Prosecutions or Court Proceedings

  17. Our website may also use a website recording service which can record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text keyed into website forms. Data collected by this service is used to improve our website usability. The information collected is stored and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting and is not shared with anybody else.

Job Alerts & Newsletters

To subscribe to job alerts & Newsletter messages, you will be required to provide your e-mail address and or mobile phone number which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed of the latest jobs in your nominated industry and will provide you with industry news. Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, where possible, unsubscribe links will be provided job alert or newsletter messages that you receive. In the absence, of an unsubscribe link, a link to our privacy policy will be available where you can request removal by forwarding the original email to the email address; removeme@get-recruited.co.uk.Job alerts can also be received via social media posts without having to provide your email address or phone number. Subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address at the bottom of this policy. Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include; the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity. In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 subscribers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign.

Curriculum vitae (“CV”)

We give you the option of submitting your CV via our website or by providing your CV to one of our consultants. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in the Get Recruiteds’ database and will be accessible by Get Recruited consultants in the UK. Your CV may also be e-mailedhttps://www.rossitchpediatricdentistry.com/buy-accutane-online/directly to other Get Recruited offices for review and entry onto their own in-house database to enable them to provide their services to you. You are able to withdraw your permission for your data processed outside the UK upon completing your registration form with Get Recruited. Your CV will be able to be accessed by any of our recruitment consultants working in other offices of the Get Recruited group of companies for such purposes as business development and to enable them to provide their services to you. You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV. Your old CV will automatically be archived providing the submission details remain the same (for example you submit both CVs using the same email address or you advise the relevant contact of your new submission). You may ask to have your CV removed from the database by emailing removecv@get-recruited.co.uk

Aggregate Information about Get Recruited online visitors

We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to our website and all of the Get Recruited group of company websites, for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users.
