FULLY OFFICE BASED
£30,000 + OTE £45,000 - £55,000
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading and highly successful business who is looking to expand their operation due to the continued success of the company. It's an exciting time for the business and as a result, they're looking to expand the sales function.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for handling leads generated by the internal lead generation team, attending telephone & in person appointments around London and closing opportunities, before passing to the onboarding team.
This is an excellent opportunity with a forward-thinking company where you can really build a long-term career and develop quickly.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:
- Working within a Business Development Executive role, following up telephone and in person appointments that have been set by the lead generation team
- Following up hot leads to and ensuring the customer has a good understanding of the services offered and closing the opportunity
- Creating and sending proposals to clients to close new business opportunities.
- Taking on new business accounts and building a client network via LinkedIn.
- Updating the CRM system.
- Ensuring a smooth transition from sales to management of the account.
- Building rapport with current and new clients.
- Attending networking events.
- Attend sites with clients.
- The successful candidate must have current experience in a Business Development or Sales role within a Business-to-Business environment
- Experience building rapport and business relationships.
- A resilient highly driven individual who is career focused.
- Driving Licence desirable.
