We're supporting a well-known business within the Credit Hire industry who is looking to expand their team as part of their expansion. The successful candidate will be working within the Claims department liaising with new claimants and making assessments before making a decision as to whether a claim is valid.

THE CLAIMS HANDLER ROLE:
- Building strong relationships with referrers to ensure repeat introductions
- Taking details of new claims
- Handling own new and existing claims
- Managing claims until the client is in a pre-accident position
- Ensuring client either have a repaired vehicle or they have been paid the pre-accident value
- Verifying information from new claims before making a decision on the validly of a claim
- Checking the claimant's losses are recoverable
- Managing the process to ensure a swift resolution.
- Must have experience in a similar role in either a Claims Handler, Case Handler or Claims Management role ideally within the RTA industry
- Knowledge of ABI/GTA preferred
- Computer literate with MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident communicator
- Ability to build relationships
- Up to £30,000
