About the Role:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts
- Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with various insurance-related tasks
- Working closely with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar commercial insurance role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage renewals and provide accurate, timely information
- Meticulous attention to detail and robust organisational skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
