THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing company. Due to continued success they are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. As a Sales Executive the focus will be the business development of the full range of products, as well as building and maintaining excellent customer/supplier relationships with regular communication.
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive, Sales Support, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Executive or similar.
THE ROLE:
- Excellent telephone manner for making outbound sales calls to fact find, ensure correct contact details & understanding of a client's requirements
- Establish productive and professional relationships
- Make appropriate outbound calls to new business prospects
- Taking and following up on inbound sales calls/emails
- Create and maintain all projects within our CRM system
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, website management and social media presence.
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build up your relevant industry knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Attend client meetings, tradeshows and exhibitions
THE PERSON:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and numerically with a commercial approach
- Ability to deal with people at all levels of business
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Motivated and driven to achieve team and individual targets
- Able to develop and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external parties
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Driving license
- Occasional travel, off site visits and overnight stays to be expected
