- Support the managers in their daily roles
- Provide administrative support
- Oversee the successful completion of projects
- Process orders
- Liaise with internal departments and customers
- To maintain the CRM database to enable the business to track and develop its pipeline for all products.
- Experience within a Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Assistant / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator / Order Processor / Order Processing / Sales / Sales Support background is ideal
- High attention to detail
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organisational skills
- Driven and determined individual
- Excellent customer service/ care skills
