UPTO £21,000 + TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT + GREAT CULTURE

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacture business who are known for delivering high quality products. You will receive in-depth training in all aspects of your role as well as receive ongoing training and development throughout your career. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with some experience working in an office-based role, or someone who has recently left College or University and is looking to start their career in this type of environment.

THE ROLE:

  • Support the managers in their daily roles
  • Provide administrative support
  • Oversee the successful completion of projects
  • Process orders
  • Liaise with internal departments and customers
  • To maintain the CRM database to enable the business to track and develop its pipeline for all products.

THE PERSON:

  • Experience within a Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Assistant / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator / Order Processor / Order Processing / Sales / Sales Support background is ideal
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Driven and determined individual
  • Excellent customer service/ care skills
