About Dervla
Coming out of university, I wanted to be part of a fast-paced industry that really helps people. Recruitment has given me just that, I’m so grateful to be able to come to work every day at Get Recruited and help people with their job search.
I started my recruitment journey helping early career talent make their mark in the tech sales space. I’m now delighted to have the opportunity to specialise in the insurance industry, working with SMEs to find industry leading talent to join their teams.
I’m passionate about finding the right people for the right insurance jobs, so I make sure to invest my time into professional networking and active headhunting so I can make sure that outstanding professionals find the perfect next step in their careers.
Fun fact: I knit a lot of my own jumpers.
