THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a Growing Marketing Brand, with a head office in the US and locations across Europe and the UK. They're looking to hire an Assistant Accountant to join a busy Finance team of 5. The Assistant Accountant will split working from home and the London office whilst supporting the Finance Manager across the entire transactional accounts process. The Assistant Accountant is responsible for.
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Recording purchase invoices and raising sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations and credit control
- Processing staff members & credit card expenses
- Answering queries from suppliers and customers
- Maintain (and report into the finance manager) the revenue forecast
- Month end checks and ad hoc reports and analysis
- Continuous process improvements
- Supporting the Finance Manager with analysis and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
- Working with internal and external stakeholders across the US and EMEA
KEY EXPERIENCE:
- AAT/ ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified
- Proficient with MS Systems including Excel
- Experience with Sage Line 50 or Paprika Management software is advantageous
- 1 Years' experience in a similar role
THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT SALARY IS PAYING UP TO £28,000 + BENEFITS + STUDY SUPPORT
