BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

LONDON - HYBRID (IN OFFICE TWICE A WEEK)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an established, market-leading business based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager, BDM, Sales Manager, Sales Executive or similar, to join a well-established and highly successful sales team and benefit from warm leads being provided and meetings booked by their SDRs to compliment your own sales activity.

THE ROLE:

  • Building a pipeline of opportunities across the existing client portfolio and new prospects
  • Targeting both new and existing customers consisting of contractors, consultants, developers, managing agents etc
  • Developing proposals for clients, working closely with colleagues to present the best, tailor-made solution for each client
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional business
  • Developing customer account plans for both new and existing clients
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process

THE PERSON:

  • Current experience in a Business Development Manager, BDM, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Telesales Executive, Sales Development Representative, SDR or similar role
  • A highly motivated individual who is confident, resilient and able to manage their own time effectively
  • Must have a proven track record of closing business over the telephone and face to face
  • Confident to close sales
  • Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent communication skills over email, the phone, face to face / Video
