You'll need solid commercial insurance experience, a knack for building client relationships, and the confidence to negotiate with insurers to get the right cover. If you've used Acturis before, great - if not, they'll support you. Cert CII is a bonus, but just as important is being client-focused, organised, and ready to get stuck into a busy, varied desk.
