UP TO £45,000 + EXCELLENT UNCAPPED BONUS £50-55K OTE

We are now recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Manager with an established and well respected international company based in the south east.

A leading premium travel company and destination specialist providing unique, innovative and inspiring experiences for affluent individuals, couples, families and groups in the most amazing destinations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales team manager to join a growing & lucrative business, you will have experience of selling in the premium travel market or similar with a good knowledge or passion for travelling and high level of customer service, always looking to exceed your clients expectations and maximise repeat business opportunities.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES MANAGER

  • Oversee and manage the sales team's bookings from initial enquiry to return home ensuring excellent service standards throughout.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching the team, monitoring performance and setting targets
  • Manage guest feedback and encourage further bookings and loyalty
  • Liaising with the management Team and Head of Sales to improve the sales and service for our guests and actioning with your team.
  • Troubleshooting any guest issues pre, during and post departure, including dealing with complaints.
  • Make Suggestions as required into planning of accommodation and other product areas, to include selection and pricing thereof.
  • To communicate with partners to ensure that preferred suppliers are utilised by the sales team & maximising margins.
  • Communicating with marketing & retentions teams to ensure that the sales team is working efficiently with these departments.



THE PERSON

  • Sales Team Management experience
  • Must have knowledge or background in the exclusive services, premium markets or similar
  • You should also be articulate, professional, comfortable with customer engagement
  • Previous Travel Sales background
  • Successfully managed teams to a high standard, achieving all metrics
  • Proven experience in a competitive Sales team exceeding targets in a premium environment
  • Office based with hybrid or remote option for the right person.
  • Regular travel required and encouraged.
  • Must be based in the UK, ideally within commuting distance to Central London
