The Opportunity:
Are you ready to carve out your own Commercial Insurance Team?
I'm working with an incredibly successful Personal Lines Insurance Brokerage looking to ramp up a Commercial lines team. You will be given full autonomy on they way in which you would like to build out the Commercial arm of the business from hiring to outreach methods, right up to the industries you want to target. You will be supported by the marketing and Compliance Teams to help you get off the ground.
With their flat structure and open culture you will be encouraged to share ideas and allowed to be autonomous in your role without micromanaging.
Do you have experience in leading Commercial Insurance teams as a Head of Commercial, Commercial Manager, Commercial Director or Similar? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Salary Package:
up to 100,000 + Commissions and Bonus
Hybrid Working
