We're recruiting for a well established business located in the heart of Central London, who is looking to expand their team due to the continued success of the company.
As the Events Manager you will be responsible for running a broad range of events, managing large teams and budgets. The perfect opportunity if you'd like to join a fast paced business where you can truly make a career for yourself.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone from an Events Manager/Events Coordinator/ Events Specialist/Marketing Manager/Head of Events role.
THE ROLE:
- Day-to-day running and profitability of the events.
- Manage a small in-house team of Event Managers and a large team of freelance staff.
- Delivering and managing the events of all sizes while developing product and service standard to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Building relationships with existing and potential clients to confirm event details, gather post event feedback and ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive the event sales and hit targets.
THE PERSON:
- The successful candidate must have current experience in Events Management / Events Manager / Head of Events / Events / Marketing Manager
- Must have experience managing a team and large budgets.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with confidence to take on full responsibility managing the events.
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.
- Strong up to date knowledge and trend of the Events /Weddings / Hospitality industry.
