THE OPPORTUNITY
Get Recruited is proud to represent an up-and-coming Brokerage looking for an ambitious Broker to join their Broking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler to develop into a New Business role or for an experienced Broker to make their mark and come in at the grass roots of a growing company.

THE BROKER ROLE
- Take on existing leads and referrals to begin to grow your own book of business.
- Manage your own diary, attending client meetings in person, over the phone, and over zoom.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, finding opportunities to find them the most bespoke and relevant package for them
- Perform fact-finds with your prospects to understand their business and scalability
- Continue to build long-lasting, highly credible relationships with all the accounts you manage, as you will continue to be their point of contact moving forwards
- Be motivated to develop new business opportunities by networking and growing your portfolio, whilst still maintaining exceptional standards of relationship management with your existing clients
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance
- Cert CII qualification (either completed or working towards)
- An ambitious mindset- someone who is looking to grow and develop with the company.
- Relationship focused approach to Broking
