THE OPPORTUNITY:
Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing company. You will be responsible for providing administration support, monitoring and overseeing the successful completion of projects and you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Managers and Regional Sales Managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes within the manufacturing sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales or similar role.
THE ROLE:
- Stay up to date with new product launches, product specifications and product information
- Maintaining and updating the company database
- Answer phone calls when needs be to assist with any customer enquiries
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Daily processing of orders
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed
- Ensuring all customers receive an excellent service
- Recording all necessary information and adding data onto
- To maintain the CRM database to enable the business to track and develop its pipeline for all products
THE PERSON:
- General interest in manufacturing is a bonus
- A good telephone manner is a must and should be comfortable and confident answering calls and dealing with customer queries
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organisational skills
- Driven and determined individual
- Excellent customer service/ care skills
