Their impressive growth has seen the business transition from a UK focused business to a major supplier which now operates at an international level. As a result, they work with an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from mid-sized businesses to some of the world's largest organisations.
To complement their clear growth strategy, they're looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join the team to initial set appointments with high key decision makers for the Business Development team. You'll work closely with both the Sales Director and Business Development Director who will invest time in your personal development to enable you to take progressive career steps with the business.
THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Working closely with the Sales Director & Business Development team to support the wider team through the setting of key sales appointments.
- As a Telesales Executive, you'll be using market leading tools such as Barbour ABI to research upcoming projects to seek out key opportunities that align with their product set.
- Making targeted outbound sales calls to qualify the project status, needs and to share with them the expertise of the company.
- Booking high quality appointments for the Business Development team to showcase the portfolio of products that align with the projects.
- Handling inbound enquiries generated by marketing, qualifying, and booking an appointment for the Business Development team.
- Using LinkedIn to connect with prospective decision makers and sending impactful messages, whilst sharing content that aligns with the businesses wider marketing strategy
- Undertaking personal development to enhance your knowledge of the product and to start to learn the wider sales cycle in preparation for your promotional development within the team.
- Attending internal sales meetings to discuss key opportunities.
- Experience of working within a Telesales Executive or similar role, such as a; Telemarketing Executive, Sales Executive, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting or Business Development Executive
- A great communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and strategic partners to leverage new opportunities.
- Must be a career focused individual who is prepared to put in the groundwork to understand the business and take staged personal development to take promotional steps within the sales team
- Commercially aware, target driven, and a motivated individual is essential.
- Confident around both verbal and written communications
