VEHICLE HIRE COORDINATOR
UP TO £25,000
We're supporting a well-known business within the Credit Hire industry who is looking to expand their team as part of their continued company growth. You will be key part of ensuring customers have access to transport in their time of need. THE CLAIMS HANDLER ROLE:
- Manging administrative tasks quickly, accurately and effectively.
- Use internal and external systems to create and process vehicle bookings, accurately entering customer information.
- Working closely with existing and new suppliers to ensure optimal fulfilment of bookings.
- Working closely with the Claim management team to ensure customers are receiving the best service possible
- Help organise and route drivers to deliver vehicles promptly and efficiently
- Previous experience in Accident Management, Vehicle Hire , or Transport.
- Excellent Phone Manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Up to £25,000
