About Matthew
I’m responsible for the strategic direction of Get Recruited and oversee the day-to-day operations, which are run by my trusted management team.
I’ve been in recruitment for nearly 20 years, and I absolutely love the industry. That’s why I continue to play an active recruiting role where I connect great businesses with even greater people.
Over my career, I have personally built specialist recruitment divisions which include Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Business Support, Management & Executive, Business Support, IT, Fashion and more.
I’m extremely well connected and as a result, I have a broad network of professionals across all specialisms, which makes me the ‘go to’ recruiter for a significant number of businesses.
On a personal level, I love family holidays, running, climbing, partying (I have to sometimes remind myself I’m not 18 anymore), and meeting new people.
Fun facts: During the covid lockdown, I ran 10k every day for 3 months. I also used to be a holiday rep!
