THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a fantastic Automotive organisation based in Watford. They're looking to hire an Assistant Accountant, to join the team and support the existing Finance team and the Management Accountant. This role would be a fantastic role for a candidate that is looking to continue their career within Finance with a fantastic business.
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Taking a hands-on approach to maintain the company ledgers.
- Responsible for the stocking facilities.
- Manage the bills for the company.
- Support the management accountant with monthly accounts.
- Support the Accountant with audit trail.
- Reconcile payments.
- Summarise receivables through monthly reporting for the Financial Controller.
KEY EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of experience within an Accounts setting.
- IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel / Sage 50 / Xero
- Self Motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT SALARY IS PAYING UP TO £27,000 + BENEFITS.
