Digital Marketing Executive - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Tour Operator
We are partnering with a renowned European tour operator seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join their vibrant team.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's digital presence and driving engagement through various channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will span across digital campaign execution, website management, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team for creative email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Website Management:
    • Collaborate with web development teams to maintain user-friendly, optimised websites.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
    • Optimise website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Assist in managing PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise ad creatives.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Curate and maintain the email database, implementing automated email work flows.
    • Ensure GDPR compliance and utilise segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, generating insightful reports for key stakeholders.
    • Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance overall digital presence.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • CRM competency, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance.
  • Experience in website development and maintenance, ideally using WordPress.
  • Understanding of segmentation and personalisation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark (a plus).
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications (a plus).
