Get Recruited are proud to be supporting an industry leading business, who due to continued growth and expansion are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of the business.

The Receptionist/Administrator Role:

  • Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls
  • Dealing with customer queries and logging calls
  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors
  • Booking clients in and communicating with relevant colleague
  • Ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings and manage the room booking system
  • Ordering stationary and conducting stock checks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning, photocopying and faxing

The Person:

  • Receptionist/Administration/Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
