Get Recruited are proud to be supporting an industry leading business, who due to continued growth and expansion are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of the business.
The Receptionist/Administrator Role:
- Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls
- Dealing with customer queries and logging calls
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors
- Booking clients in and communicating with relevant colleague
- Ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings and manage the room booking system
- Ordering stationary and conducting stock checks
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning, photocopying and faxing
The Person:
- Receptionist/Administration/Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
