I manage the Recruitment team here at Get Recruited, a team of specialist recruiters covering Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insurance/FS, Business Support, and Senior hires. With experience in every single sector in which we operate, I have a unique skill set that enables me to support my team, clients, and help candidates during their job search.
Since entering the world of recruitment 12 years ago, I have built a broad candidate and client network across the UK, many of which choose to work with me on an exclusive basis due to the high levels of service I provide.
Often candidates become clients, and clients become candidates, which is why I take personal pride in building long-lasting confidential relationships and operating with transparency.
Get Recruited has been my home now for over 5.5 years of my recruitment career. Throughout my time, I have taken 5 promotional steps and achieved a significant number of my personal ambitions. Leading people is a true passion of mine which is why I love supporting my team and sharing my expertise to enable them to achieve their goals.
Fun Facts: I love rock climbing and have over 20 elephant ornaments and statues in my flat.
