After nearly 19 years as Managing Director, Matthew Ager will transition into the role of CEO, focusing on strategy, mentoring, and long-term growth, while Chloe Marsh takes the reins of running the business day to day.

Chloe Marsh: From Recruitment Account Manager to Managing Director

Chloe’s journey with Get Recruited is one of ambition and determination.

Starting her career as an Account Manager, she built her career in Manchester with Get Recruited, progressing from Recruitment Account Manager, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Managing Recruitment Consultant, Divisional Recruitment Manager and Associate Director, before being appointed Managing Director.

Each step of her progression was built on performance, leadership, and her ability to drive results while supporting the people around her.

She is known for combining commercial focus with a genuine commitment to people development. Chloe has successfully led high-performing teams, supported colleagues in their career journeys, and built lasting relationships with clients across the UK.
